DHCP plates are osteosynthesis plates on the distal humerus.
They are effective in condylar fractures.

Their anatomical shape fits both the lateral and medial sides after bending.
The reconstructive part allows you to adapt the plate to the shape of the condyles.
In sizes 2.7 and up, they have a cutout that allows you to break off the last hole to shorten the reconstruction part.
Available in right and left versions in two material variants - steel and titanium.
