TTA R+ Cages (Tibial Tuberosity Advancement)
The TTA R+ wedge is a surgical implant used in veterinary medicine for procedures related to the TTA technique (Tibial Tuberosity Advancement) in dogs.
They are used to stabilize the knee joint after cruciate ligament rupture using the TTA R+ method. It is made of biocompatible, light and durable titanium alloy. Joint surgery using the TTAR+ method involves moving a fragment of the tibia (the so-called tuberosity) forward by installing a special titanium cage.
