Artificial Ligament
2026-02-05
Artificial Ligament is intended for use in the fixation of bone and soft tissue in orthopedic procedures requiring ligament or tendon reconstruction.
AL is comprised of a braided ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (“UHMWPE”).
The device is provided sterile for single use.
Surgical braids are high‑strength sutures successfully used in procedures that require the reconstruction of torn ligaments. They are characterized by flexibility, ease of knotting, high tensile strength, and the absence of shape memory.
